Wausau Canvas Co. makes custom covers and tops for most boats and pontoons. We offer high-quality materials with a full range of color options.
Our custom covers are laser-measured and patterned using 3D modeling software and cut on our CNC textile cutter. Fabric panels are designed and shaped in 3D to eliminate excess material and slack, making a cover that moves less in the wind, sheds rain, and does not "bellow" when trailed down the road. This process results in a cover that is custom fit to your boat while saving labor and materials.
Nesting the cover parts for CNC cutting reduces material usage and assembly marks on each panel, reduces sewing time, saving you money.

- We offer multiple fabric options and price points for replacement canopies.
- PVC (vinyl) canopies are RF welded, eliminating UV-degraded sewn seam failure.
- Non-weldable canopy fabrics are sewn with PTFE thread and are guaranteed to outlast the fabric with no UV breakdown or rotting.
- Multiple options for materials, colors, and fabric weights.
